Frank entered Princeton from The Hill School, but left the University for service as an infantry officer assigned to the headquarters of British Gen. Montgomery in Egypt. Returning, he received his Princeton degree in 1950 and joined Hornblower & Weeks in Chicago.
However, in 1949 he transferred from the Army Reserve to the Air Force Reserve, which resulted in his return to active duty in 1951 for service during the Korean War. Frank served for two years with the 19th Bombardment Wing of the 9th Air Force, based on Guam. Since Frank remained in the Air Force Reserve until 1968, his combined service in the armed forces totaled 28 years. Following his return from the Pacific he joined the investment firm of Rothchild & Co. for a long and successful career in investment counseling.
In 1957 he married Cynthia Koski, but in 1986 Cynthia died and in 1988 Frank married Pearl Schullo. In addition to Pearl, Frank is survived by three sons, Frank, William, and Timothy; three stepchildren; seven grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and his brother, Richard. The class expresses its sympathy to all the family.
