Lost in the trees as football season begins is the scoreboard at Finney Field, which is now used by many teams for practice and for special events, including fireworks at Reunions. The field was named for John M.T. Finney 1884, the only person to play football for both Princeton and Harvard, where he attended medical school. On Oct. 25, Princeton hosts Harvard at Princeton Stadium.
