While modern buildings dominate the other side of Washington Road, here in McCosh Hall — now 101 years old – classrooms look much as they have for decades. McCosh was designed by Raleigh Gildersleeve in the Tudor Gothic style of architecture, and was the largest building on campus when it was constructed.
