Warren died June 3, 2005.

He entered Princeton from Valley Forge Military Academy and joined Key and Seal. His Princeton career was interrupted when he volunteered for the American Field Service, seeing combat briefly with the British Forces and more extensively with the Free French Forces. Warren became a lieutenant in the French Army with the 4th Moroccan Mountain Division, fighting in North Africa and Europe. He was wounded and received the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star, and the French Croix de Guerre with Silver Star.

Returning to Princeton he received a degree in linguistics in 1947 and married Mrs. Eric F. Wood Jr. Warren became a management consultant, specializing in international business.

In our 50th yearbook, Warren noted that he had married and divorced twice and had four children, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. The class extends its sympathy to the family.
