Procter Hall was filled with colorful characters of all types Oct. 22 when about 400 grad students turned out for the annual Halloween Ball. Costume-contest winners were the “Occupy Sesame Street” group: from left, Chad Maisel, Stephanie Durden, Camilo Forero, Laura Tatum, and Sebastian Chaskel.
