This book is a catalogue of the major lasting changes in the law and practices of those who regulate the poor, which the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute and its allies succeeded in putting in place. It is based on Rodgers’ own memories of 42 years as the executive director of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute.
