Christakis documents how Structured Dialogic Design has been used and delves into the issues that face complex social system design in a way that is both scholarly and accessible. Christakis has served on the faculties of Yale, Georgetown, University of Athens, University of Virginia, and at George Mason University as director of Center for Interactive Management. He founded the management consultancy firm CWA Ltd.
