For the record
Published on July 6, 2011
The introduction to an interview with Thomas W. Morris ’65 about the future of orchestras (A Moment With, June 1) incorrectly described his work with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Morris led a task force advising that orchestra two years ago; it is not a new appointment.
The memorial for Thomas K. Smith ’55 in the May 11 issue incorrectly reported information about his family. Among the survivors are his son, Thomas K. Smith Jr. ’86, and a daughter, Sarah McArthur Smith ’88.
