Washington-based lawyer H. BARTOW FARR III ’66 played a key role in the Supreme Court case in March examining the 2010 health-care law. Farr’s charge was to argue in favor of upholding the remaining provisions of the Patient Protection and Afford­able Care Act, even if the Supreme Court strikes down the disputed health-care mandate. ... LAUREN ’06, SEAN ’03, and DAVID AARON CARPENTER ’08 — who founded a nonprofit chamber orchestra in New York City, Salomé, which helps raise money and awareness for other nonprofits — are collaborating with LAUREN BUSH LAUREN ’06’s FEED Foundation to organize the Clarins Million Meals Concert, May 30 in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. ... Three companies founded by Princeton alumni made Technology Review’s list of the 50 most innovative companies: Bluefin Labs, co-founded by FRANK MOSS ’71; WiTricity, co-founded by MARIN SOLJACIC *00; and Tabula, led by founder, president, and chief technology officer STEVE TEIG ’82.
