The Princeton Footnotes were among 10 a cappella ensembles chosen to compete in NBC’s The Sing-Off, a prime-time singing competition that aired in December. The Footnotes were eliminated at the end of the show’s premiere, but Jonathan Schwartz ’14, the group’s president, said that the students and alumni enjoyed the chance to learn new music and work with professional choreographers and producers. “We hope that we represented the Princeton a cappella community well,” Schwartz said.
