Mike Fischer '97, president of the USG, was good at politics but bad at driving. On move-in day, as he approached Brown Hall, he drove toward us and hit the brakes hard, trying to ruffle us. What was ruffled was his front windshield, as the bookcase in the car obeyed the laws of physics and traveled through it.
