Princeton FIELD HOCKEY improved to 7–1 overall and 2–0 in Ivy League play with a 5–2 victory over Yale Sept. 26. Katie Reinprecht ’12 scored three goals in the game.  

MEN’S WATER POLO lost to Navy, 13–7, in the final game of the ECAC Championships Sept. 20. The score was tied at halftime, but the Midshipmen pulled away in the last two periods, outscoring the Tigers 9–3.

MEN’S HOCKEY will open its 2009–10 season with non-conference games against Brown and Yale at Hobey Baker Rink Oct. 30 and 31. The contests are part of the annual Ivy hockey showcase. WOMEN’S HOCKEY also plays at home Oct. 30 and 31, hosting Rensselaer and Union.
