I am so stunned and sad to find out about this just now. I was about to look him up and send him a video and found this article. Randy was a good friend for decades. I spent a lot of time at his parents’ house with him and many, many ballet classes. Randy would hang out at my sister’s apartment in Hollywood after every single ballet class where we would all chill, eat, and participate in endless jokes and laughs. Dozens if not hundreds of times. I have videos of Randy in ballet class if there are any relatives who are interested. I will be posting all of these classes on YouTube and the Stefan Wenta memorial site. I have picture of him and one of his last performances in 1996 where I gave him a lead part in an elaborate ballet. I know that Randy had a couple of bad car accidents and the last time I saw him he had no money to do therapy or surgery on his badly damaged thin leg where he had completely torn his quadriceps muscles. The ballet on YouTube is called “Will Dance For Food” and Randy is the opening character.
