Ellen Kellich of the graduate school’s student life office is not only known for her expertise as a master gardener (On the Campus, September issue). She is also known for her knowledge and expertise in raising and nurturing monarch butterflies from a tiny speck on a leaf to a full-grown monarch ready to be released into nature. Since monarchs have been experiencing some difficulties in recent years, she is performing a great service to all of nature.
