(Routledge) In this book, Seib and Janbek examine the content of terrorist websites and extremist television programming to detail how terrorists are using new media techniques and, in the process, are building virtual organizations and communities. The book also looks at the future of terrorism online and analyzes lessons learned from counterterrorism strategies. Seib is a professor of journalism and public diplomacy, a professor of international relations, and director of the Center on Public Diplomacy at the University of Southern California.
