Tristan loves baking and living in the best city in the world, but his life goes downhill when his parents move to a tiny town in the middle of nowhere that has no restaurants. The only thing that could make this town tolerable is the legendary chocolate-cream doughnuts at the local general store — but the owner hasn't made them in years, so Tristan decides he needs to get the recipe and open his own doughnut stand. The Doughnut Fix (Sourcebooks) is a middle-grade novel.
