2 Hours AgoMemories of Hibben and Magie
Our family lived there from 1974-1983. First in 1-Y Hibben then in 5-J Magie. My husband, Harry, was a junior faculty member of the English deptartment. He’d also been a grad student, earning his Ph.D. in 1975. It was a great place to raise kids. We had friends from all over the world. Fellow renters were other junior faculty, postdocs, and visiting professors. Children never lacked for playmates. Just our building's kids filled the school bus. We had a babysitting pool made up of other parents. No money passed hands. We just kept track of points.

1 Year AgoMemories of Hibben and Magie
When I was a graduate student at Princeton, I always went there with my then-boyfriend to see his friends. Sadly, I missed the chance to go there refreshing my memories.
