This is exactly what I’ve found in attempting to invest in a way which would have a positive impact on our earth and society. All the ESG funds are supporting the same major corporate players as other funds. I was trying to find a way to invest in small businesses owned by people who have typically been marginalized by our culture. I agree that “we need regulatory tools to bend the arc of business activity toward greater social responsibility.” Thank you.
