ARNOLD WOOD died Dec. 16, 1989, after a short illness. He was born in Winter Harbor, Me. in 1899. After preparing at the Hill School, he entered Princeton where he was on the freshman football team and the varsity crew. He was president of Charter Club.

Arnold's life work was on Wall Street where he was a member of the firm of LaBranch and Wood from 1924 until retirement.

He was always active in Class affairs and had long been chairman of the Reunions Committee and a Class V.P.

In 1926 he married Cornelia Arms Ely. They have three sons: William '49, Steven '51, Winston E.; and nine grandchildren. To them all the Class extends sympathy.
