Christian Godfrey Gunther ’42

Body

CHRIS DIED in 1983 on the island of Cyprus, where he had been born. The Class learned of his death in late 1991, as his whereabouts were unknown for nearly 20 years.

Chris entered Princeton from the Lebanon (N.Y.) School and majored in history. He was active in interclub sports and was a member of Court Club. He graduated from Yale Law School in 1945 and subsequently married a Cypriot, Princess Zena, returning to Cyprus, where he made his home until his death.

To his widow, Princess Zena, the Class extends its most sincere sympathies.
