Michael Peter Henderson ’63

Body

Pete Henderson enjoyed a long, successful career in theater in Boston, serving nearly two decades as manager of the Wilbur Theatre. His theater sometimes staged pre-Broadway plays.

At the time of his death on Jan. 9, 1994, of a heart attack, Pete was a major player in the Boston theater industry, producing plays himself. Off the job, he was an enthusiastic gourmet.

Pete came to Princeton from Coral Gables (Fla.) H.S. At Princeton, he majored in English, rowed freshman crew, ate at Campus Club, and worked with the Orange Key Guide Service.

The class sends its condolences to his two brothers, James A. Jr. '59 and William, and a nephew, James D. '87.
