Robert Keith Thompson ’25
BOB THOMPSON died on Feb. 4, 1990 in Stamford Hospital, Stamford, Conn. He was born on March 18, 1904, at Stratford, Conn. Bob transferred to Princeton from Colby College, and won his letter on the baseball team. After graduation, he worked for various insurance firms, finally retiring as an executive of Seaboard Surety Co. of N.Y.C. Bob was an avid sports enthusiast, especially of baseball and football. He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden. He was a founding member of the Norwalk Rowayton chapters of the A.A.R.P. He loved attending reunions at Princeton and of his Stratford High School class. He married Micah Laurie Quillian in 1935. She died in 1985. Bob is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Foley of Novelty, Ohio, and Mrs. Barbara Ward of Lutherville, Md,. a step-daughter, Miss Micah Brown of Norwalk, Conn., three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
