Theodore Daniel Hughes ’45

Body

TED HUGHES died Feb. 2, 1990, in Seattle, where he had lived his entire life. Ted lost touch with the Class, but his cousin, Mrs. George J. Morry, advises that Ted was the nephew of Nicholas F. Jahn '09. He served in the Navy in WWII and for a time worked for the Boeing Company, but for most of his life he managed his own investment portfolio.

Ted never married, but is survived by his sister Barbara Hughes Carnahan, his brother Albert H., and nephews Albert Hughes Jr. and John Hughes. The Class extends its sympathy to the family.
