William Burnett Stalker ’25

BILL STALKER was born in Montclair, N.J., on Oct. 8, 1902. He graduated from Montclair High School. After Princeton, he joined the Guaranty Trust Co. During WWII he served as a lt. commander in the Navy in the Aleutian Islands. He later joined Chemical Bank as a loan officer.

He was a member of the Princeton Club of New York, the Nassau Club, and the Board of Deacons and Elders of the Presbyterian Church of Montclair.

After retirement he moved to Middletown, Ohio, to be near his family. He died in Middletown Hospital of a heart attack on Mar. 4, 1990. He was predeceased by his two sisters and his brother, and is survived by two nephews, Robert Stalker of Angelica, N.Y., and Donald Stalker of North Canton, Ohio.

Bill Dill and Steve Cleaves attended the graveside service. Bill Stalker was a loyal Princetonian and a devoted member of our Class. He will be greatly missed.
