This volume offers the first translation of Luigi Settembrini’s The Neoplatonists — a celebration of queer love and sexuality — into English. Together, Capra and Graziosi read the work in its cultural and political context. They argue that the study of Greco-Roman history and culture today can and should be combined with a commitment to social justice.
