Here is my reply to those who would pardon Edward Snowden. 

In violating his oath at NSA, Snowden committed a felony under the current espionage law. Simple justice requires that he answer for this in court. 

If he is acquitted, so be it. If he is convicted and sentenced, so be it. If a higher authority chooses to pardon a conviction, so be it; but we must let the judicial process work if we truly are a nation that respects the rule of law. To pardon Snowden a priori would be a travesty.
