Dan Coyle, assistant to President Goheen, asked me if WPRB would be willing to broadcast Hiss' speech live. I was program director, and that was an easy decision. On the evening of the speech, I walked around campus and heard Hiss' voice everywhere.
And, it was a very boring speech.
