It is with great sadness that I read this. Jack and I worked together, lunched together, and commiserated with one another periodically during my employment with Stauffer Chemical Company. I too had a stint as head of Corporate Development. Jack was a warm, nice, and vey bright man, a real “mensch” (I was born in Germany). Reading about his death today saddened me.
