Address changes

To change your mailing address, please notify Alumni Records at alumrecs@princeton.edu. While the database is changed immediately, it may take four to six weeks to have PAW delivered to the new address.

Back issues

Limited copies of back issues are available, primarily for recent years. The cost is $2 per copy, plus postage.

Class Notes

To submit a Class Notes item, please contact your class secretary directly. Contact information is provided in the print issue, or online in the password-protected Class Notes section.

 

Comments

PAW encourages conversation among Princetonians. We welcome comments on stories and remembrances on memorials. Our commenting guidelines require that readers posting comments include their name and Princeton affiliation (class year if alumnus/a, parent, spouse, faculty, student, etc.) if applicable.

Essays

PAW encourages alumni and faculty members to submit personal essays. Our goal is to publish a wide range of voices. An ideal essay runs 700-800 words and has a personal, reflective tone. We do not publish op-ed articles. If you would like to write an essay for PAW, please email your essay or query to editor Peter Barzilai s’97 at pbarzilai@princeton.edu.

 

Letters

PAW welcomes letters on its contents and topics related to Princeton University. Letters should not exceed 250 words and may be edited for length, accuracy, clarity, and civility. Due to space limitations, we are unable to publish all letters received in the print magazine. Send letters to paw@princeton.edu or by mail to PAW, 194 Nassau St., Suite 38, Princeton, NJ 08542.

 

Memorials

Memorials are written for PAW by members of the subject’s undergraduate class or, in the case of graduate students, by a member of the Association of Princeton Graduate Alumni. Please send information for memorials to pawmemorials@princeton.edu. All information will be forwarded to the appropriate memorialist.

 

Permissions

Please send all inquiries about use of our articles and images to publishing director Allison Sullivan at as7811@princeton.edu. If you would like to include an article in a book, please provide the intended print run, price, and publisher.

 

Photos

Readers interested in copies of photos from the magazine should contact art director Matt Cole at mc6750@princeton.edu for details.

 

Recent alumni deaths

PAW periodically posts a list of recent alumni deaths reported to the University’s Alumni Records office. Please send notification of alumni deaths to Alumni Records at alumrecs@princeton.edu.

 

Reprints

Please send all inquiries about reprinting PAW articles to publishing director Allison Sullivan at as7811@princeton.edu. There usually is no fee for one-time educational use.

 

Story ideas

PAW welcomes story ideas from readers. To propose a feature story or alumni profile, email editor Peter Barzilai s’97 at pbarzilai@princeton.edu.
