Singer-songwriter Evie Archer (a.k.a. Melissa Rosenberg ’08) released her debut album — which she calls on ode to the power of resilience — in May. One of the 13 tracks, “Close to You,” has gained attention on adult contemporary radio charts. She has opened shows for Paul Brady and Tyler Hilton and has performed at Philadelphia’s Tin Angel and at venues in New York City. At Princeton, Archer studied with Professor Paul Lansky *73, joined the Roaring 20 a cappella group, and won the Princetonian Idol competition.
