Thank you for the recent article on the Women of ’73.
I remember well when they arrived. I was ’71, the next-to-the-last class admitted without women. For a public school guy like me, the same-sex atmosphere was just plain weird. Like many of my classmates, I heaved a sigh of relief when the ’73’s arrived. It was the beginning of a return to something approaching normalcy. There was pushback for sure, but we were on a forward path.
