I played defensive football with Carl at Princeton, but what I remember most was a class we both had. While most of the class was madly busy writing notes, Carl sat in the front row of the class with his legs out and took no notes. He took up a lot of room. He put his hands behind his head, sat back and just listened. What a great simple learning system. I believe he did just fine in the class.
