I am Romanian as well, working in Australia, I hold a Ph.D. in chemistry, but I can only say that by doing this, Corina Tarnita brought her country into disrepute and Princeton University in disrepute. How can one say, “I wish I had never known him,” when she sent him such messages? It is an insult to everyone’s intelligence, to say the least. In my opinion, she should not work there at all or anywhere in the academic world.
