If Chat GPT can reasonably answer any question about what has gone on before, what sense is there in learning in the traditional way? In one sense no one has to know anything — history, science, etc. — because most existing knowledge is directly available in seconds. It has the learning. It seems likely that someone, somewhere has covered the vast majority of topics we often deal with.
Could it mean a new rush on novel questions, innovations, being different? Would we submit an idea to Chat GPT to see if our idea was already present in the Large Language Model?
