I Too Served with Peter Clapper

I was a tank commander in the tank outfit (the five tank platoon of the 5th Marine Rifle Regiment) that Pete joined as our platoon leader after his stint in the infantry. His reputation preceded him and we thought we were going to have to change ours ways, but we blended smoothly. We spent about five months together.

In the year 2000 I wrote a rough cut about my USMC experience and Pete figured prominently in that write up. I'm trying to clean up that writing and add pictures.
