An Opportunity for Alumni

The need to have all classes on line for the coming year — or at least the coming semester — could provide a wonderful opportunity for alumni to have a learning opportunity as well. Even if it would not be feasible to permit auditing for a much wider group than those permitted when attendance was physical, alumni could be given access to the stored lectures that will be available. 

Speaking personally, it would be a chance to have a real opportunity to learn about areas that I missed (or maybe slept through) as well as going further in my field. I would be happy to pay a fee to defray any costs.

Let’s hope that this opportunity to connect with alumni world-wide will not be missed.
