In response to: University History Peter Straus ’69 2 Years Ago R&B Performances at Dillon Gym Dances in the 1960s I treasure memories of the great R&B bands playing the dances in Dillion Gym, easily my best experiences at Princeton. Does anybody have information on who were the performers? It was a huge musical education for me, pointing me to lifelong semi-amateur musicianship. Does anyone know who booked those bands? And if whoever did sees this, please share anything you’d care to. Thanks!
