At the end of the article I was delighted to find a sample of Andrew Choi both singing and baking. I feel inspired. To bake that is, not sing. After reading the article I was expecting a sound reminiscent of Bob Dylan, somewhat soft and folksy. But to my surprise I heard Bruce Springsteen! An edgy and determined sound with a tale to tell.
He’s a gifted musician for a new generation and I look forward to experiencing much more of his music.
