In the PAW article “Spoiler Alert” (January issue), Cornel West *80 is quoted as saying the Democratic Party “is beyond redemption at this point when it comes to seriously speaking to the needs of poor and working people."
He is right because in the first two years of Biden’s presidency the Democrats had control of Congress but did nothing to address the fact that half of our population has only 2.6% of the wealth held by the total population.
