A story of friendship, culture, and reconciliation, No One Can Pronounce My Name (Picador) delves into the experience of Indian Americans living in a suburb outside of Cleveland. The novel follows Harit and Ranjana, whose paths unexpectedly cross as each struggles to handle a turbulent time in their lives. The author Rakesh Satyal ’02’s first novel, Blue Boy (Kensington), received the Lambda Literary Award in 2010.
