Was there a special event that had these seven Tigressions smiling, or was it just the joy of singing together? The Tigressions, founded in 1981 and the second all-female a cappella group on campus (the Princeton Tigerlilies have been performing since 1971 and the Wildcats since 1987), have entertained audiences from New Jersey to Central America and Europe. The group’s first performance was in 1879 Arch during Houseparties. The Tigressions now tour twice a year and perform annually at Reunions. Archivists dated this photo as November 1993. Can any readers identify these former Tigressions and say whether any are still singing?
