MEN’S SWIMMING swept Harvard and Yale at the annual H-Y-P meet, held in DeNunzio Pool Jan. 29–30. The Tigers sealed the victory by winning six of the nine races on the meet’s second day. Colin Cordes ’12 scored points with a second-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke, and Jon Christensen ’12 won three individual events.
MEN’S BASKETBALL opened Ivy League play with wins at Brown (63–46, Jan. 29) and Yale (58–45, Jan. 30). The Tigers improved to 11–5, including nine wins in their last 10 games.
In WOMEN’S BASKETBALL, four Princeton players scored 10 or more points as the Tigers topped Yale, 69–48, to earn their 10th consecutive win Jan. 30. The women were 15–2 overall and 3–0 against Ivy teams.
MEN’S HOCKEY beat Harvard and Dartmouth Jan. 29 and 30 for its first weekend sweep of ECAC Hockey opponents this season.
