With an 8–0–2 record against Ivy League opponents in the regular season, Princeton women’s hockey earned the league championship for the first time since 2016. The Tigers lost to Cornell in the semifinals of the ECAC Hockey Tournament but earned an at-large bid to the eight-team NCAA Tournament field.

In Princeton’s opening-round NCAA game at Minnesota March 16, forward Sarah Fillier ’22 scored two goals, tying the game late in the second period, but the Golden Gophers fired back, scoring three times in the final period (including two empty-net goals) to win 5–2.
