Each week, I eagerly anticipate the latest issue of PAW, hoping for some engaging Princeton-related content. Pieces that dive into the big questions, like: What are the current prerequisites for majoring in classics? Who are Princeton’s top 25 investment bankers? Is the percentage of this year’s legacy admits measurable? Instead, your most recent issue features — regrettably — Norm Tabler’s essay, “Scribbling Rivalry,” about our “friendly” competition to get letters published in TheNew York Times. Honestly, Norm is doing the best he can. And, lord knows, he needs the exposure. But I can’t help wondering — can’t PAW do better?
P.S. Letters to the Book Review don’t count as much.
