Jodi Picoult ’87 is another alum who joins Elizabeth Winkler and me as a Shakespeare authorship skeptic. She has sold 40 million copies of her books, including her latest one about the Shakespeare authorship question, By Any Other Name

Not everyone will agree, but I would submit that this is further evidence that Princeton excels in teaching the crucial skill of critical thinking, whereas some Shakespeareans insist that we submit to tradition and authority in not questioning who the real Shakespeare was.
