ROGER DIED AT HOME in Laguna Niguel, Calif., Feb. 6, 1994. A pioneer in the computer industry, he spent more than 40 years as a systems analyst with LogiconUltraSystems, Inc., living in California; Florida; Washington, D.C.; Iran; and England.

Roger came to Princeton from Fremont (Calif.) H.S. and left at the end of freshman year to attend the Univ. of California, where he earned a Ph.D. in 1953. His education was interrupted by service in the army air corps during WWII. A B 17 navigator, he was shot down over Germany and was a prisoner of war for nine months. He left the service as a first It., and completed his education at Berkeley.

To his widow, Elizabeth; his daughters, Jacqueline and jean; his sons, Joe and Mike; his seven grandchildren; and his four greatgrandchildren, the class offers its condolences.
