Am, HUDSON died Mar. 2, 1993, in Pontiac, Mich. Art was born July 16, 1912, in Detroit. He also lived in Claremont, Calif., and attended Claremont High and later Northern High in Detroit. In college, he was on the freshman golf team, was a member of Dial Lodge, and roomed with Lew Thomas and Phillips Smith.

After college, Art spent nine years with the Detroit Trust Company. In 1942 he joined the Chrysler Corp. He served as controller and as president of the Marine Indus trial Engines Division. Later he worked as an independent financial consultant, and was a director of the Metropolitan Savings and Loan.

Art was an active golfer and bridge player. On Aug. 31 1935, Art married Nancy Walton, in Pontiac. She survive, as do their three daughters: Jane, Mary, and Elaine. He at& leaves live grandchildren, a sister, and two brothers.

The Class of '33 has lost a valued member, and extent its sympathy to Art's family.
