Baron E. Kessler ’55

Body

Barry died Oct. 25, 2009, in Carmel, Calif., after a long and valiant battle with multiple forms of cancer.

He was born in Philadelphia and prepared at The Hill School. At Princeton, Barry majored in politics. The subject of his thesis was “Judicial Review in Pennsylvania.”

He played baseball and soccer and was a member of Whig-Clio and Cannon Club. Junior and senior years he roomed with Tom Jordan, Ed Semans, and Kirk Davidson. Barry’s business career, first in Pennsylvania and then in California, was in consulting.

To his wife, Susan, their children, grandchildren, and many friends, the class extends deepest sympathy.
