BILL "BULL" DURHAM died July 17, 1933, in St. Louis, where he had lived for many years. A memorial service was held July 20.

Bill was born Sept. 27, 1910, in Birmingham, Ala. During college years, his home was in St. Louis.

Bill prepared at St. Louis Country Day School. In college, he was in the Triangle Club and a member of Cottage. He roomed with Dee Horne, Goody Johnston, and Hugh McWilliams.

After college, Bill spent several years in the brokerage business in St. Louis, then joined the Mercantile Trust Co. He retired as executive V.P. of the bank. He was active in community affairs. fie had a summer cottage in Harbor Point, Mich.

On Sept. 17, 1936, Bill married Ruth Jane Jones in St. Louis. She died a few years ago. They had three sons, who survive, Benjamin W Jr., E. M. IV, and Grey.

Bill's brother, the late E. M. III, was in the Class of '27. His nephew, Landon Jones '66, also survives.

To all the family, the Class of '33 extends its sincere sympathy.
