FORMER INSURANCE EXECUTIVE Dave Watts died at Harlen Manor in Springfield, Penn., June 6, 1994. Son of Alfred Watts '12, Dave prepared at Haverford, majored in English at Princeton, and joined Quadrangle Club. He was noteworthy for four consecutive years of soccer and squash excellence, which he maintained for many years after graduation. He was playing manager of the Football League of Associated Cricket Clubs of Philadelphia and won the Interclub Squash Racquets Assn. doubles title in '56 '57, and '58.

In WWII, Dave served as a seagoing officer in the navy in the Atlantic and Pacific. Later, he joined the Philadelphia office of Johnson Higgins Insurance Co., from which he retired in 1974. At an earlier time, Dave served on his area's Princeton Special Gifts Committee and also as an Annual Giving chairman.

Dave is survived by his widow, Anne Day; two sons, David M. Jr. and Richard C.; two daughters, Elizabeth and Kathryn; and two grandchildren. To all, the class expresses condolences and thoughts of sympathy.

In his 50th reunion yearbook message, Dave wished "all of you the best and I'm sorry not to be able to make it at the 50th." We are saddened by his death and will always regret his inability to join us at our memorable 50th.
